Beijing Wuzi University (BWU) is located in Tongzhou District of Beijing and lies in the source of the Ancient Grand Canal. Close to Beijing-Tongzhou Expressway, it is well known for its convenient transportation. The campus covers an area of 40 hectares, with a floor space of 170,000 square meters. Well known for its well-equipped studying and living facility, BWU provides international students with a quiet and comfortable environment for study and daily life.
BWU focuses on the developments of its management disciplines based on economic disciplines with a distinguishing feature in its logistics management disciplines. BWU consists of 3 academic schools and 4 departments offering 22 undergraduate academic programs, and 5 graduate academic programs. The 3 academic schools are listed below: the School of Economics, the School of Logistics and the School of Information Technology. The 4 departments are as follows: the Department of Accounting, the Department of Labor and Personnel, the Department of Foreign Languages and the Department of Law. BWU now has a total enrollment of over 8, 200 and more than 650 faculty and staff members.
BWU places priority on international collaborations and is proactive in exploring academic exchanges with outside world. Till now BWU has already established close collaborative relationships with the institutions of higher education and research organizations in Japan, Korea, New Zealand, UK and Australia, etc.
International Education Exchange Center of BWU is responsible for the management of International students studying in BWU. It mainly offers Chinese language classes and Chinese language preparation course for degree study. It also provides customized Chinese language and culture courses according to the specific needs of the international students and organizations.
