Wang Wenju,
Secretary of the party committee of BWU, born in Dongfeng, Jilin province in August 1965. He is of Han nationality, a member of The Chinese Communist Party, Doctor of Science, professor and doctoral supervisor. He is entitled to Government Special Allowance.
He graduated from Mathematics Department of Jilin Normal University in 1986 with a Bachelor Degree and from Northeast Normal University in 1989 with a Master of Science Degree. He acquired Doctor of Science Degree at Jilin University in 1993 and finished his postdoctoral study at Dalian University of Technology in 1996. He had held the positions of director of Scientific Research Division, president assistant and library curator at Capital University of Economics and Business from December 2000 to January 2004  successively. He became the vice president of Capital University of Economics and Business in January 2004. He was appointed president of Beijing Wuzi University in July 2016. Research fields: game theory and quantitative economics. 
Main social part-time jobs: Deputy director of Higher Education Teaching Guidance Committee for economics and trade majors under the Ministry of Education; Deputy director of China Quantitative Economics Committee; Chairman of China Mathematical Economics Association; Deputy director of The National Game Theory and Experimental Economics Research Committee; Executive director of Beijing Economics Academy. 
He is in charge of the school administration comprehensively. His main responsibility covers the fields of personnel management, overall planning and auditing. He is in charge of the School Office, Research and Development Office and Auditing Department. He keeps in touch with School of Economics.


Shen Xiaojing,
Deputy secretary of the party committee of BWU, was born in Shanghai in July 1962. She is a member of Chinese communist party, PH.D of economics and professor. In July 1984, she graduated from supplies management department of Beijing economic school, winning the bachelor's degree. She also graduated in July 1996 from Chinese society academy of sciences graduate school, winning a doctor's degree of economics. She once was deputy president of the department of enterprise in the Beijing woozy university, the president of marketing, the president of industry and commerce administration, and the director of graduate students department. She became the deputy secretary of the party committee in December 2006. Research direction: enterprise management. She is Responsible for students and propaganda work and manages the propaganda department of charge (news centre), student affairs division (student work, armed forces department), and the communist youth league committee and alumni office. She is in charge of contacting the politic-education department, and sports department.


Weng Xingang,
Vice president, was born in Beijing in October 1961. He is a member of Chinese communist party, PH.D of economics, professor. In July 1983, he graduated from supplies management department of Beijing economic school, served as the secretary of the office, the chief of enterprise management section, deputy director of the graduate student department, the director of the postgraduate student department. He became the assistant of president in April 2006, December as the vice President. During 1989-1992 and 1996-1999 he won the master and bachelor degree at circulation economy university in Japan .The main social part-time job: vice chairman of China logistics association, the research of logistics planning institute. Research fields: logistics management, supply chain management.
He is responsible for the scientific research work, assisting the president manage the financial and management of the state-owned assets. He is in charge of contacting the school of economics.


Song Xiaoxin,
Deputy Secretary of the party committee of BWU, female, born in Dingzhou, Hebei province in March 1972. She is a member of the Chinese Communist Party, Master of Management Degree and associate professor. She had held the positions of deputy secretary of the party committee at Graduate School, vice dean of Graduate School, secretary of the party committee at Graduate School, secretary of the party committee at Business School and director of The Organization Department of The Party Committee successively since July 1993. She was appointed as deputy secretary of the party committee at BWU in July 2015.
She is in charge of the Organization Department, the United Front Coalition, Students Affairs Division and Sports Department. Her responsibility covers the Organization Department of the Party Committee (the United Front Coalition), Student Affairs Office and The Communist Youth League. She keeps in touch with Sports Department.



Liu Lu,
Secretary of The Commission for Discipline Inspection, born in Shenyang, Liaoning province in July 1962, a member of the Chinese Communist Party, Doctor of Engineering and professor. He graduated from Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department at China University of Petroleum (Beijing) in December 1990 with a Master Degree and he acquired his Doctor Degree in engineering from China University of Petroleum (Beijing) in June 2008. He had served as deputy director and director of Engineering and Mechanical Department at Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology, dean of Personnel Department at Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology, director of Teacher Development Center as well as president assistant since August 1984. He was appointed as secretary of The Commission for Discipline Inspection at BWU in February 2016.
He is in charge of discipline inspection and supervision. His responsibility covers the Discipline Inspection Office. He keeps in touch with the organizations of school administration.



He Mingke,
Vice president, born in Gongan, Hubei province in February 1962. He is of Han nationality, a member of the Chinese Communist Party, Doctor of Economics, professor and doctoral supervisor. He is entitled to Government Special Allowance and won the title of Beijing Renowned Professor.
He graduated from Beijing Commercial College in 1985 with a Bachelor Degree and finished study at Graduate School at Beijing Commercial College in 1987 and got a Master Degree in 1989. He acquired his Doctor Degree in economics at Renmin University of China in 2001. He had held the positions of deputy director and then director of Technical Economics Department at Beijing Commercial College, dean of Technical Economics Department at Beijing Technology and Business University from 1993 to December 1999. He had held positions of vice president, secretary of the communist party and then president of Business School at Beijing Technology and Business University from December 1999 to December 2016. He was appointed as vice president of Beijing Wuzi University in December, 2016. Research fields: logistics and supply chain management, logistics system theory and method, circulation technology, electronic commerce and modern logistics, etc.   

Main social part-time jobs: Vice president of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing; Vice president of China Logistics Association; Vice president of China Storage Association; Deputy director of the Higher Education Teaching Guidance Committee for logistics management and logistics engineering majors under the Ministry of Education.
He is in charge of discipline construction and graduate education and scientific research, assisting school planning. His responsibility covers the Graduate School and Scientific Research Department as well as Planning Office. He is also the president of Logistics School concurrently and keeps in touch with Logistics School.
 



Liu Yongsheng,
Vice president, born in Tang Shan, Hebei province in June 1963. He is of Han nationality, a member of the Chinese Communist Party, Doctor of Management and professor. He won the title of Beijing Renowned Professor.
He graduated from Hebei University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor Degree in engineering in 1985 and from Xian University of Science and Technology with a Master Degree in engineering in 1990. He graduated from Tianjin University with a Doctor Degree in management in 2003. He had held positions of director of Engineering Department at Tangshan Management College, supervisory commissioner of auditing at Tangshan College, personnel director at Beijing Wuzi University, secretary of the party committee at Business School of BWU, director of Graduate School at BWU since July 1985 successively. He was appointed as vice president of Beijing Wuzi University in December 2016. Research fields: logistics and supply chain management.
Main social part-time jobs: Executive director of China Logistics Association and Beijing Operations Association.
He is in charge of undergraduate teaching, informationization and library. His responsibility covers Teaching Affairs Office, Information Center and Library. He keeps in touch with School of Labor Science and Law.
